Hi Peter, Kim and I would like to thank you for your service in selling our home. We feel the best way we can thank you is by providing a testimonial. So this is our thoughts. We have known for quite a while now now that we would be moving and when we saw that number 17 Ryde St had sold we decided to call the agent to find out see what they had achieved. That agent was Peter Horozakis of My Property Epping. And Peter had sold the property for a very good price. We asked Peter to come and see us regarding our own property. We liked Peter from the start and found him very courteous, straightforward in his manner and ready to listen to our concerns. He is enthusiastic without being overbearing.  Number 17 Ryde St was sold as a development site and as our property had the same potential that is how we wanted the sale approached. Peter advised us that he had people who were looking for this type of site. Peter also said that it was his job to reach a higher price for us than the previous sale (17 Ryde St) After we signed a sales agreement with Peter we advised him we were going away for 3 weeks and that we did not want anyone viewing while we were away. Peter brought some groups through on the day after we returned. That was Saturday...by Tuesday we had a buyer! The sale price was a street record! So Peter certainly did achieve what he said he would do. Peter can be very proud of the professional and friendly way in which he treated us and we wish him only the best in the future.
